Understanding your business
At Micross Logic, we prioritise customer support needs based on severity in the context of each individual business, because what’s critical to some businesses may not be critical to others. From our vast experience working with a range of businesses in varying industries, we have the knowledge to resolve faults with your Sage 50cloud system quickly and effectively.
We will always endeavour to solve your system issues whilst on the phone to you. However, if we deem an on-site visit is necessary, we’ll organise a time for one of our support staff to visit your business and resolve the problem there.
Sage 50cloud support costs
The Sage 50cloud support costs we charge are based on the number of users and any additional Sage modules you have. Contracts are provided on a 12-month basis, and uncapped in the number of support queries you can make.
We keep our costs competitive, and believe we add extra value by providing high-quality, friendly, and professional support. If there's ever an issue we can't resolve over the phone, we'll be more than happy to conduct an onsite visit to get the problem fixed.
